This is an Ellie Mannette D lead made in 1999. It is a unique pan because the inner notes are all perfectly circular. The color is blue and the inside is grey with a clear coat.
The package includes a hard case and the pan. The pan has a few notes slightly out of tune, hence the reduced price (to account for a tuning). Shipping is $60
